Wisconsin High School Soccer - Pius XI Catholic toppled by Catholic Memorial
October 2, 2025: Waukesha, WI 53186 Catholic Memorial Crusaders (Waukesha, WI) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Pius XI Catholic Popes (Milwaukee, WI), 5-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Catholic Memorial improves its record to 10-1 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Waukesha West (Waukesha, WI) to play the Wolverines in a Classic Eight outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Wolverines go into the outing with a record of 10-3. Waukesha West won 8-0 in their recent non-league outing against Greendale (Greendale, WI)
Next up, the Popes play the Greendale Panthers (Greendale, WI) in a Woodland West outing, on Saturday, October 4. Pius XI Catholic will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Panthers go into the outing with a 6-6 record after their 8-0 non-league loss to Waukesha West (Waukesha, WI).
