New York High School Volleyball - Monticello over Liberty
October 3, 2022: Monticello, NY 12701 Monticello Panthers (Monticello, NY) backers left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Liberty Indians (Liberty, NY), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Minisink Valley Warriors (Slate Hill, NY) in a Section 9 Orange County III match, on Friday, October 7. Monticello will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 7-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Chester (Chester, NY).
With the loss, Liberty drops to 1-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Port Jervis (Port Jervis, NY) to battle the Raiders in a Section 9 Orange County III match on Wednesday, October 12. The Raiders come into the match with a record of 7-3. Port Jervis won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Fallsburg (Fallsburg, NY)
