The West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] Cougars topped the host New Berlin Pretzels volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Cougars now have a 11-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Griggsville-Perry for a Western Illinois Valley test on Tuesday, October 4. West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] will confront a Tornadoes team coming off a 2-1 league loss to North Greene (White Hall, IL). The Tornadoes record now stands at 0-14.

The Pretzels (5-11) will now prepare for their test against Athens (Athens, IL). The Warriors enter the Tomahawk test with a 13-10 record. In their last test, Athens gained a win over Illini Central (Mason City, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
