North Pocono Trojans (Covington Township, PA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Wallenpaupack Area Buckhorns (Hawley, PA), 6-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans confront the Abington Heights Comets (Clarks Summit, PA) in a Lackawanna - Division I challenge, on Monday, October 9. North Pocono will attempt to better on its 12-1 season record. The Comets enter the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Honesdale (Honesdale, PA).

The Buckhorns now have a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they host Honesdale for a Lackawanna - Division I challenge on Friday, October 6. Wallenpaupack Area will confront a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Scranton (Scranton, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 4-9.
