Illinois High School Volleyball - Red Hill Marshall
October 3, 2023: Marshall, IL 62441 The Marshall Lions topped the visiting Red Hill Salukis volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 8-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newton for a Little Illini test on Thursday, October 5. Marshall will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Mt. Carmel (Mt. Carmel, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 15-10.
The Salukis (3-15) will now prepare for their test against Casey-Westfield (Casey, IL). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 11-14 record. In their last test, Casey-Westfield was knocked off by Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
