October 3, 2024: Greenville, NC 27834 The J.H. Rose Rampants football squad scored 60 points and limited the visiting Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs to 6 in the Rampants non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Rampants now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tarboro for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 9. J.H. Rose will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 5-2.
With the defeat, Northside - Jacksonville drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Monarchs travel to New Bern (New Bern, NC) to meet the Bears in a non-league test on Thursday, October 10. The Bears come into the test with a record of 2-4. New Bern lost 22-20 in their recent non-league test against South Central (Winterville, NC)
