October 3, 2024: Chicago, IL 60634 In Thursday's league challenge, the host Chicago Academy Cougars volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Mather Rangers.
The Cougars (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake View (Chicago, IL). The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 2-6 record. In their last challenge, Lake View was nudged by Senn (Chicago, IL), 2-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Rangers play the Juarez Eagles (Chicago, IL) in a challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Mather will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Cristo Rey Jesuit (Chicago, IL).
