New Jersey High School Soccer - Weehawken nudges Palisades Park
October 3, 2024: Weehawken, NJ 07087 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Weehawken Indians (Weehawken, NJ) and the visiting Palisades Park Tigers (Palisades Park, NJ), saw Weehawken's soccer squad hold off Palisades Park by a count of 3-2.
The Indians (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Secaucus (Secaucus, NJ). The Patriots enter the Bergen County - National battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Secaucus was edged by East Side (Newark, NJ), 5-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Ridgefield Memorial Royals (Ridgefield, NJ) in a Bergen County - Olympic battle, on Monday, October 7. Palisades Park will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Royals enter the battle with a 5-2 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to West Essex (North Caldwell, NJ).
