Virginia High School Volleyball - Franklin County over Fleming
October 3, 2024: Rocky Mount, VA 24151 Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Franklin County Eagles (Rocky Mount, VA) and the visiting Fleming Colonels (Roanoke, VA), observed Franklin County's volleyball team top Fleming by a tally of 3-0.
The Eagles (7-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA). The Cavaliers enter the Blue Ridge contest with a 12-0 record. In their last contest, Lord Botetourt beat Northside (Roanoke, VA), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Colonels meet the Staunton River Golden Eagles (Moneta, VA) in a Blue Ridge contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Fleming will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record.
