October 3, 2024: Vernon, AL 35592 Lamar County Bulldogs (Vernon, AL) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Red Bay Tigers (Red Bay, AL), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Lamar County improves its record to 9-13 on the season. The Bulldogs host Hueytown (Hueytown, AL) to face the Golden Gophers in a non-league test on Saturday, October 5. The Golden Gophers go into the test with a record of 5-11.
The Tigers now own a 5-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tharptown for a non-league test on Saturday, October 5.
