October 3, 2025: Hammond, LA 70401 The Archbishop Hannan Hawks felled the host St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons football team by a score of 34-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Hawks face the Pearl River Rebels (Pearl River, LA) in a 4A District 7 challenge, on Friday, October 10. Archbishop Hannan will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 20-6 non-league loss to Chalmette (Chalmette, LA).
The Falcons (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Pope John Paul II (Slidell, LA). The Jaguars enter the 2A District 9 challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Pope John Paul II ran past St. Martin's Episcopal (Metairie, LA), 28-12, in a non-league challenge.
