The Sequoia Ravens football team (Redwood City, CA), was crushed 48-0 in Friday's league bout with the host Half Moon Bay Cougars (Half Moon Bay, CA)

With the win, Half Moon Bay advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Cougars host Milpitas (Milpitas, CA) to encounter the Trojans in a Peninsula - Ocean bout on Friday, October 10. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Milpitas lost 37-31 in their recent non-league contest against Maria Carrillo (Santa Rosa, CA)

Coming up next, the Ravens battle the Aragon Dons (San Mateo, CA) in a Peninsula - Ocean contest, on Friday, October 10. Sequoia will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Dons enter the contest with a 3-2 record after their 42-0 non-league win over Gunn (Palo Alto, CA).
