The High Point Wildcats football team (Sussex, NJ), was tipped 35-28 in Friday's non-league bout with the host Vernon Vikings (Vernon, NJ)

With the win, Vernon advances its record to 4-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to Mount Olive (Flanders, NJ) to encounter the Marauders in a non-league bout on Friday, October 10. The Marauders go into the bout with a record of 5-0. Mount Olive won 42-21 in their recent league bout against Morris Knolls (Rockaway, NJ)
