In Friday's league match, the visiting Lower Moreland Lions football squad scored a good 22-14 victory over the Morrisville Bulldogs.

The Lions (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Sun Valley (Aston, PA). The Vanguards enter the non-league match with a 0-7 record. In their last match, Sun Valley was beaten by Bishop Shanahan (Downingtown, PA), 82-7, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs confront the Academy of the New Church Lions (Bryn Athyn, PA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 11.
