The Lowndes Academy Rebels walloped the visiting Valiant Cross Academy Warriors football team by a score of 54-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rebels face the Morgan Academy Senators (Selma, AL) in a AISA AAA Region 2 challenge, on Friday, October 10. Lowndes Academy will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Senators come into the test with a 4-3 record after their 38-30 non-league loss to Patrician Academy (Butler, AL).

The Warriors (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakeside School (Eufaula, AL). The Chiefs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record.
