Marriotts Ridge Mustangs (Marriottsville, MD) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Reservoir 'Gators (Fulton, MD), 13-0 in a non-league battle.

With the triumph, Marriotts Ridge upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD) to confront the Vikings in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 11. The Vikings go into the battle with a record of 1-4. Mt. Hebron lost 36-15 in their recent league battle against Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD)

The 'Gators now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Hammond for a non-league battle on Friday, October 10. Reservoir will play a Golden Bears squad coming off a 53-6 non-league loss to River Hill (Clarksville, MD). The Golden Bears record now stands at 1-4.
