Saugus Centurions (Saugus, CA) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Canyon Cowboys (Canyon Country, CA), 56-2 in a league battle.

With the win, Saugus advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Centurions host West Ranch (Valencia, CA) to play the Wildcats in a match on Friday, October 10. The Wildcats come into the match with a record of 1-5. West Ranch lost 42-8 in their recent league match against Hart (Newhall, CA)

Coming up next, the Cowboys confront the Valencia Vikings (Valencia, CA) in a match, on Friday, October 10. Canyon will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 3-3 record after their 35-26 league win over Saugus (Saugus, CA).
