October 3, 2025: Bethesda, MD 20817 Whitman Vikings (Bethesda, MD) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad smash the visiting Springbrook Blue Devils (Silver Spring, MD), 35-0 in a non-league match.
The Vikings (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Blair (Silver Spring, MD). The Blazers go into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Blair was ripped by Blake (Silver Spring, MD), 49-6, in a non-league battle.
The Blue Devils now have a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Paint Branch for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 9. Springbrook will face a Panthers team coming off a 24-0 non-league win over Bethesda-Chevy Chase (Bethesda, MD). The Panthers record now stands at 3-1.
