October 3, 2025: Schuylerville, NY 12871 Schuylerville Horses (Schuylerville, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer squad knock off the visiting Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY), 4-1 in a league bout.
The Horses now hold a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Queensbury for a Foothills Council- North bout on Monday, October 6. Schuylerville will play a Spartans squad coming off a 1-0 league win over South Glens Falls (South Glens Falls, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 6-4.
With the loss, Amsterdam moves to 4-4 on the year. The Rams host Glens Falls (Glens Falls, NY) to face the Black Bears in a Foothills Council- North game on Monday, October 6. The Black Bears enter the game with a record of 6-5. Glens Falls won 11-1 in their recent league game against Hudson Falls (Hudson Falls, NY)
