October 3, 2025: Westminster, MD 21157 The Westminster Owls soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Arundel Wildcats to 1 in the Owls non-league victory on Friday.
The Owls now hold a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty for a non-league bout on Monday, October 6. Westminster will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD). The Lions record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Arundel moves to 5-4 on the year. The Wildcats host Severna Park (Severna Park, MD) to encounter the Falcons in a Class 3A East II challenge on Tuesday, October 7. The Falcons go into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Severna Park won 7-0 in their recent non-league challenge against North County (Glen Burnie, MD)
