In Friday's league challenge, the visiting Buckingham Browne & Nichols Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the St. Mark's Lions.

The Knights (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Governor's Academy (Byfield, MA). The Governors come into the NEPSAC challenge with a 1-0 record.

Next, the Lions meet the Noble & Greenough Bulldogs (Dedham, MA) in a NEPSAC test, on Wednesday, October 8. St. Mark's will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 3-4 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Milton Academy (Milton, MA).
