With the win, Northshore moves its record to 12-7 on the year. The Panthers host Byrd (Shreveport, LA) to meet the Yellow Jackets in a non-league contest on Friday, October 3. The Yellow Jackets enter the contest with a record of 15-3. Byrd won 3-0 in their recent league contest against Airline (Bossier City, LA)
Next, the Eagles meet the E.D. White Cardinals (Thibodaux, LA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 7. Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 16-4 season record. The Cardinals go into the battle with a 17-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to St. Mary's Dominican (New Orleans, LA).
