Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Mater Dei Knights (Breese, IL) and the host Liberty Eagles (Wentzville, MO), observed Mater Dei's volleyball team top Liberty by a count of 2-0.

The Knights (17-4) will now prepare for their contest against Quincy (Quincy, IL). The Blue Devils enter the non-league contest with a 16-1 record. In their last contest, Quincy notched a victory over Geneseo (Geneseo, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
