North Carolina High School Volleyball - Perquimans over Washington County

October 4, 2022: Hertford, NC 27944

Perquimans Pirates (Hertford, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Washington County Panthers (Plymouth, NC), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Pirates battle the Tarboro Vikings (Tarboro, NC) in a Four Rivers 1A match, on Thursday, October 6. Perquimans will attempt to better on its 14-1 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 6-7 record after their 3-2 league loss to Gates County (Gatesville, NC).

With the loss, Washington County drops to 3-9 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Gates County (Gatesville, NC) to battle the Red Barons in a Four Rivers 1A match on Thursday, October 6.
