Phillips Exeter Academy Lions (Exeter, NH) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting Cushing Academy Penguins (Ashburnham, MA), 4-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions confront the Brewster Academy Bobcats (Wolfeboro, NH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 7. Phillips Exeter Academy will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-3 league New Hampton School (New Hampton, NH).

The Penguins now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Vermont Academy for a Lakes Region challenge on Saturday, October 7. Cushing Academy will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hoosac (Hoosick, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-0.
