October 4, 2023: Arnaudville, LA 70512 The Beau Chene Gators (Arnaudville, LA) volleyball overcame the visiting Academy of the Sacred Heart Saints (Grand Coteau, LA), 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
With the win, Beau Chene upgrades its record to 17-6 on the year. The Gators travel to LaGrange (Lake Charles, LA) to play the Gators in a Division II District 1 outing on Thursday, October 5. The Gators go into the outing with a record of 11-5. LaGrange lost 3-2 in their recent league outing against Opelousas (Opelousas, LA)
The Saints now own a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Comeaux for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 5. Academy of the Sacred Heart will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA). The Spartans record now stands at 5-10.
