In Wednesday's league battle, the visiting McHenry Warriors volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Central Rockets.

The Warriors (14-11) will now prepare for their battle against Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL). The Blue Thunder come into the non-league battle with a 19-2 record. In their last battle, Belvidere North achieved victory over Freeport (Freeport, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Rockets clash with the Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL) in a Fox Valley battle, on Tuesday, October 10. Central will attempt to advance on its 14-11 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the battle with a 10-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to McHenry (McHenry, IL).
