October 4, 2023: Santa Barbara, CA 93103 The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Providence Patriots (Santa Barbara, CA) and the visiting Oak Grove Lizards (Ojai, CA), saw Providence's volleyball squad beat Oak Grove by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Providence upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Laguna Blanca (Santa Barbara, CA) to play the Owls in a non-league bout on Friday, October 6. The Owls go into the bout with a record of 10-13. Laguna Blanca lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Cate (Carpinteria, CA)
The Lizards now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Besant Hill for a Condor bout on Saturday, October 7.
