October 4, 2024: Duncan, OK 73533 The Empire Bulldogs walloped the visiting Alex Longhorns football team by a score of 70-24 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Burns Flat-Dill City Eagles (Burns Flat, OK) in a B-I District 2 (8 Man) challenge, on Thursday, October 10. Empire will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 56-36 non-league loss to Oklahoma Bible (Enid, OK).
The Longhorns (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Wetumka (Wetumka, OK). The Chieftains go into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Wetumka bounced Wesleyan Christian (Bartlesville, OK), 32-7, in a non-league challenge.
