In Friday's league game, the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders (Harrisburg, PA) football team overcame the host Cumberland Valley Eagles (Mechanicsburg, PA), by a tally of 30-8.

In their next game, the Crusaders battle the Central Dauphin Rams (Harrisburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth game, on Friday, October 11. Bishop McDevitt will attempt to better on its 6-1 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 2-5 record after their 21-20 league loss to Central Dauphin East (Harrisburg, PA).
