The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI) and the host Carlson Marauders (Gibraltar, MI), witnessed Trenton's football squad knock off Carlson by a tally of 28-14.

The Trojans (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Allen Park (Allen Park, MI). The Jaguars enter the Downriver contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Allen Park gained a win over Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI), 23-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Marauders battle the Woodhaven Warriors (Brownstown, MI) in a Downriver contest, on Friday, October 11. Carlson will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 3-2 record after their 41-21 league loss to Anderson (Southgate, MI).
