October 4, 2024: Dover, DE 19901 The Dover Senators felled the visiting William Penn Colonials football team by a score of 31-7 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Senators face the St. Georges Tech Hawks (Middletown, DE) in a 3A District 2 challenge, on Friday, October 11. Dover will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Hawks go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 47-9 non-league loss to Salesianum (Wilmington, DE).
The Colonials (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Salesianum (Wilmington, DE). The Sallies go into the 3A District 1 challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Salesianum toppled St. Georges Tech (Middletown, DE), 47-9, in a non-league challenge.
