October 4, 2024: Casper, WY 82609 East Thunderbirds (Cheyenne, WY) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Kelly Walsh Trojans (Casper, WY), 29-20 in a league battle.
With the win, East betters its record to 5-1 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Central (Cheyenne, WY) to confront the Indians in a 4A contest on Friday, October 11. The Indians enter the contest with a record of 1-5. Central lost 41-0 in their recent league contest against Sheridan (Sheridan, WY)
Coming up next, the Trojans confront the Natrona County Mustangs (Casper, WY) in a 4A contest, on Friday, October 11. Kelly Walsh will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 3-3 record after their 41-15 league win over Laramie (Laramie, WY).
