Massachusetts High School Football - Hamilton-Wenham Regional thwarted by Pentucket Regional
October 4, 2024: West Newbury, MA 01985 Pentucket Regional (West Newbury, MA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting Hamilton-Wenham Regional Generals (South Hamilton, MA), 41-16 in a league battle.
With the win, Pentucket Regional improves its record to 1-3 on the season. The travel to Newburyport (Newburyport, MA) to play the Clippers in a Cape Ann battle on Friday, October 11. The Clippers go into the battle with a record of 1-3. Newburyport won 48-21 in their recent league battle against Essex Tech (Hathorne, MA)
The Generals now have a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Amesbury for a Cape Ann battle on Thursday, October 10. Hamilton-Wenham Regional will play a Redhawks team coming off a 28-12 league loss to Lynnfield (Lynnfield, MA). The Redhawks record now stands at 2-2.
