October 4, 2024: New Orleans, LA 70114 The Istrouma Indians football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Landry-Walker to 6 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Belaire for a 4A District 6 test on Friday, October 11. Istrouma will meet a Bengals squad coming off a 57-14 league loss to Brusly (Brusly, LA). The Bengals record now stands at 1-5.
With the defeat, Landry-Walker drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The travel to Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA) to meet the Wolves in a 3A District 10 test on Friday, October 11. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 4-1. Livingston Collegiate Academy won 26-9 in their recent non-league test against South Plaquemines (Buras, LA)
