Michigan High School Football - Peck thwarted by North Huron
October 4, 2024: Peck, MI 48466 North Huron Warriors (Kinde, MI) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Peck Pirates (Peck, MI), 42-28 in a league battle.
With the win, North Huron improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Caseville (Caseville, MI) to play the Eagles in a Big Thumb - Red (8 Man) battle on Friday, October 11. The Eagles go into the battle with a record of 1-5. Caseville lost 44-36 in their recent league battle against Akron-Fairgrove (Fairgrove, MI)
The Pirates now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Ashley for a Big Thumb - Red (8 Man) battle on Saturday, October 12. Peck will play a Bears team coming off a 45-14 league loss to Merritt Academy (New Haven, MI). The Bears record now stands at 1-5.
