California High School Flag Football - Vasquez holds off Kennedy
October 4, 2024: Acton, CA 93510 The Vasquez Mustangs (Acton, CA) flag football tipped the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA), 13-8 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Mustangs now sport a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they host Valencia for a outing on Monday, October 7. Vasquez will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 26-12 league loss to West Ranch (Valencia, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-12.
With the defeat, Kennedy drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Panorama (Panorama City, CA) to clash with the Pythons in a Valley Mission outing on Thursday, October 10. The Pythons come into the outing with a record of 8-8.
