Northeastern Clinton Cougars (Champlain, NY) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Beekmantown Eagles (Plattsburgh, NY), 2-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Northeastern Clinton moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Cougars host Chateaugay (Chateaugay, NY) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, October 7. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 2-1.
