California High School Volleyball - Sylmar nudged by Lancaster
October 4, 2025: Lancaster, CA 93536 In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Lancaster Eagles volleyball team scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Sylmar Spartans.
The Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Antelope Valley (Lancaster, CA). The Antelopes come into the outing with a 0-7 record. In their last outing, Antelope Valley was nudged by Eastside (Lancaster, CA), 2-1, in a league outing.
With the loss, Sylmar drops to 13-12 on the campaign. The Spartans host Kennedy (Granada Hills, CA) to face the Cougars in a game on Wednesday, October 8. The Cougars go into the game with a record of 7-1. Kennedy won 2-0 in their recent league game against San Fernando (San Fernando, CA)
