Minerva Lions (Minerva, OH) fans went home in high spirits Saturday as they observed their soccer squad overwhelm the visiting Aquinas Knights (Louisville, OH), 12-0 in a non-league outing.

The Lions (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against New Philadelphia (New Philadelphia, OH). The Quakers go into the non-league outing with a 2-12 record. In their last outing, New Philadelphia was overwhelmed by Fairless (Navarre, OH), 1-0, in a non-league outing.
