New York High School Soccer - Ithaca knocks off Susquehanna Valley
October 4, 2025: Conklin, NY 13748 In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Ithaca Little Red soccer team scored a close 5-0 triumph over the Susquehanna Valley Sabers.
With the triumph, Ithaca advances its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Little Red host Horseheads (Horseheads, NY) to clash with the Blue Raiders in a Southern Tier Athletic Conference test on Thursday, October 9. The Blue Raiders come into the test with a record of 7-3. Horseheads won 2-1 in their recent league test against Corning-Painted Post (Corning, NY)
The Sabers now have a 5-7 record. They take the field next when they host Chenango Valley for a outing on Monday, October 6. Susquehanna Valley will play a Warriors squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Athens (Athens, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 7-3.
