Colorado High School Football - Cherry Creek trounces Cherokee Trail
October 4, 2025: Aurora, CO 80016 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Cherry Creek Bruins football squad scored a decisive 42-0 victory over the Cherokee Trail Cougars.
The Bruins (5-0) will now prepare for their match against Arapahoe (Centennial, CO). The Warriors enter the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Arapahoe was routed by Grandview (Aurora, CO), 28-8, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Cougars play the Eaglecrest Raptors (Centennial, CO) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, October 11. Cherokee Trail will attempt to advance on its 5-1 season record. The Raptors go into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 35-0 non-league win over Smoky Hill (Aurora, CO).
