Mount Desert Island Trojans (Mount Desert, ME) followers left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Medomak Valley Panthers (Waldoboro, ME), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mount Desert Island advances its record to 2-8 on the season. The Trojans host Hampden (Hampden, ME) to face the Broncos in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 7. The Broncos go into the test with a record of 2-1.

The Panthers now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brunswick for a non-league outing on Friday, October 10.
