October 4, 2025: Union Bridge, MD 21791 Liberty Lions (Sykesville, MD) boosters exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Francis Scott Key Eagles (Union Bridge, MD), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Liberty moves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Lions host Westminster (Westminster, MD) to clash with the Owls in a non-league test on Monday, October 6. The Owls come into the test with a record of 3-3. Westminster won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Arundel (Gambrills, MD)
The Eagles now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Century for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 7. Francis Scott Key will confront a Knights squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Winters Mill (Westminster, MD). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.
