The Ralston Valley Mustangs the visiting Valor Christian Eagles softball squad by a count of 16-14 in Saturday's league battle.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Columbine for a 5A Jeffco battle on Tuesday, October 7. Ralston Valley will meet a Rebels squad coming off a 14-4 league win over Chatfield (Littleton, CO). The Rebels record now stands at 15-5.

The Eagles (12-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lakewood (Lakewood, CO). The Tigers go into the 5A Jeffco challenge with a 15-5 record.
