Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA) and the host St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA), observed Benjamin Franklin's volleyball team top St. Charles Catholic by a count of 2-0.

The Falcons (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA). The Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, Parkview Baptist achieved victory over John Curtis Christian (River Ridge, LA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
