In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Erie First Christian Academy volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Sharpsville Blue Devils.

The (14-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA). The Eagles come into the District 10 Region 2 challenge with a 11-6 record.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the Hickory Hornets (Hermitage, PA) in a District 10 Region 3 challenge, on Tuesday, October 7. Sharpsville will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 8-4 record after their 3-2 league win over Greenville (Greenville, PA).
