The Ridge Community Bolts volleyball squad (Davenport, FL), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Lake Gibson Braves (Lakeland, FL)

With the win, Lake Gibson improves its record to 10-10 on the season. The Braves travel to Lake Region (Eagle Lake, FL) to encounter the Thunder in a non-league battle on Saturday, October 4. The Thunder go into the battle with a record of 1-19. Lake Region lost 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Bartow (Bartow, FL)

Next, the Bolts meet the Roosevelt Academy Eagles (Lake Wales, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Ridge Community will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record.
