Michigan High School Volleyball - New Prairie can't hold off Lakeshore

In Saturday's non-league match, the Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI) volleyball team held off the visiting New Prairie Cougars (New Carlisle, IN), by a margin of 2-1.

The Lancers now possess a 12-10 record. They play next when they travel to Mishawaka for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 4. Lakeshore will clash with a Cavemen team coming off a 3-0 league win over Wawasee (Syracuse, IN). The Cavemen record now stands at 19-6.

With the loss, New Prairie drops to 12-16 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to South Bend Adams (South Bend, IN) to battle the Eagles in a non-league match on Saturday, October 4. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-8.
