St. Augustine Yellow Jackets (St. Augustine, FL) backers were satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mainland Buccaneers (Daytona Beach, FL), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, St. Augustine improves its record to 6-11 on the season. The Yellow Jackets host St. Joseph Academy (St. Augustine, FL) to meet the Flashes in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 7. The Flashes come into the challenge with a record of 13-6. St. Joseph Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Florida School for the Deaf & Blind (St. Augustine, FL)

Next, the Buccaneers meet the KIPP Bold City Greyhounds (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 4. Mainland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-17 season record.
